  1. IP Protection: shaft pit equipment has IP65 dust and water resistance rating

  2. ARD Function (optional) ensures accurate levelling and automatic rescue system during power failure

  3. IC Card (optional) intelligent management system; control operation of COP to strengthen building security management

  4. Remote information service: Elevator information management network platform, based in cloud computing model to monitor elevator safety and prevent dangers

  5. Axle braking structure for disk brake, with double friction pairs to increase braking torque, reduce torsional vibration allowing high safety levels and extreme reliability

  6. Internal rotor and horizontal structure using two big bearings on both sides which avoids structural stress. No vibration makes passengers feel more comfortable and safe

 

Compliance to Australian Standards

  1. Compliance to Australian Standards AS1735 Lifts, escalators and moving walks - General requirements

  2. Running noise of less than 48dB

  3. Elevators are now equipped with a car-door locking mechanism that prevents the doors from being opened from inside when the car is outside the unlocking zone

  4. In accordance with AS1735.12 standards - Facilities for person with disabilities. Using COB and HOP with brailles and incorporating handrails and auxiliary COP
