Function of Hydraulic Car Lift

Under the automatic condition or with the driver, the lift automatically responds to the calling button signal int the running process.  The passengers at any floor can call the lift through registering up/down calling signal. The lift parks clockwise. It does not stop anti - clockwise.

Inspection travel Inspection

Switch is installed respectively in the car top, car and machine room for the convenience of the maintenance and inspection. When it accords with the travel conditions, if you then press “up / down button”, the lift comes into inching operation at inspection speed. You shall continuously press the button for the lift travel.  If you release the button, the lift stops the travel.  Likewise, in the inspection, if the lift opens / shuts the door int door zone, it is also inching door open / shut.

Operate by the driver        

You can choose the driver's operation through toggle - switch of the operation box. It has the following functions under the driver's running conditions: Automatic orientation, no automatic door - shut (the driver shall press “door-shut button” to have inching door-shut.  If the door does not shut properly, after the driver releases the door-shut button, the door automatically opens.)  The buzzer rings at calling etc.

Lift-locking service               

Under the automatic running condition, after “lift-locking switch” is set, it cancels all the calling registers. The lift is still in the normal travel. The lift returns to main landing after it responds to the final command. It opens the door and shuts the door after 10 second of time-delay. After 10 minutes' time-delay, it shuts the lamp and the fan (default), the lift stops the operation. When it resets “lift-locking key switch”, the lift re-starts the normal running.

Shut the door in advance                        

Under the automatic condition, when the door keeps open, if you press “door-shut button”, the door will immediately respond to door-shut action.

Car power-saving                                      

If the lift has no command and the outer calling register exceeds 10 minutes (default), it automatically cuts the power supply of the lighting and fan inside the car. But after if receives the command or calling signal, it will be re-electrified and thrown into use.

Emergency lighting                                   

If there is something wrong with the normal lighting source, the system automatically opens emergency lighting in the car.

Return to leveling after door-open        

It has sinking-proof function in the lift door-open. If loading / unloading of cargo of load variation causes the car to deviate from the levelling position, the lift will automatically return to the levelling position again.

Infrared optical curtain protection         

After the lift opens the door, if it encounters any obstacle, it does not shut the door. Or when the door shuts, any obstacle occurs at the door zone at this moment, it then immediately opens the door. It is a novel door protection system formed by multiple infrared light beams.

Five-party conversation

It can fulfil intercom communication system in-between the lift car, machine room, monitor room, car top and pit.

Over-load protection

When the lift has over-load, it does not shut the door and does not start, and the buzzer rings as well.

Over-speed protection

When the lift speed exceeds the set value, the protector will restrict the lift action.

Automatic oil temperature protection

It is allocated with oil temperature protection sensor. When oil temperature reaches to set temperature, it makes the nearby leveling, opens the door and stops upwards.

Protection against broken pipeline

It is allocated with rapture valve. After hydraulic oil pipe breaks, it can prevent the car from quick dropping.

Protection against open phase and mis-phase

It can fulfill the motor protection in open phase and mis-phase of power supply.

Manual rise/fall

It is allocated with manual pump to fulfil hand-operated rise / fall.

Terminal anti-overrun protection

Upper / lower end-station of the lift are installed with the mechanical end-station deceleration switch and limit switch to ensure that the lift does not overrun.

Trigger anti-cohesion protection

When the lift control system tests the trigger, and relay contractor action does not coincide with the drive condition of the coil, it will stop all the car operation.

Gated radar

It automatically senses the automobiles' arrival position. It can prevent the landing door from clamping the automobile when it automatically opens the door etc.

OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS

Automatic evacuation in fire alarm

When fire alarm takes place, the passenger can break the glass window of fire switch, connect with fire switch of the lift or fire switch of the building, the lift will immediately remove all the commands and callings, return to fire floor by the quickest speed possible, keep door-open and stop the lift. Fire exit: Evacuate the passengers in the car, evacuate them from fire disaster as soon as possible and evacuate other people in the building from fire passage.

Automatic cooling of oil temperature

It is allocated with oil temperature cooler to keep oil temperature in normal use condition.

Automatic heating of oil temperature

It is allocated with the heating device. When the temperature is lower than the operating requirements, it automatically hears oil temperature.

Arrival bell

Arrival bell at the car top rings in the lift decelerating, levelling process. It prompts that the lift is levelling.

Parallel operation

Parallel control means that two lifts transmit the data through serial communication bus so that two lifts coordinate with each other and respond to the floor calling, thus enhance the lift travel efficiency.

Full load bypass

When the lift has full load in the automatic condition, it only responds to the command signal. It will not respond to any pass-by calling signal.

Operation with long-distance control

It registers the command through the long-distance controller. It is convenient for the users to use the lifts.

Double operation panels

Double operation panels can be allocated according to different entry & exit directions of the automobiles. It is convenient for the users to operate the lifts.
